problem wiz cbe centers in Cairo, Egypt!!!!!

hi, i’m marwa from cairo, egypt
i want to ask about cbe exams , i used to take paper exams for foundation level (f1,f2,f3) but i still have to pass f2 and f1 because i failed in f2 and never entered f1 and there is no longer paper exams as acca offcial site announced lately
the problem is there are no cbe centers in egypt ,
can any one help me to find out what i have to do
