I didnt find any study material related to probability theory can u please guide me to where can I cover it

Probability theory is not in the Paper F9 syllabus.

You can be given probabilities in connection with risk and uncertainty in investment appraisal, and this is covered in a chapter of our lecture notes and the lectures that go with it.
