    Even if i got highest mark in my country in f9 exams bt on my 2nd attempt i am not eligible for prize winner??

    As far as I know the ACCA only actually give prizes to the people who come top in the world in each paper.
    They do notify the people who came top in each country but I think you are correct in that it is only the people taking it for the first time.

    I really do not know – I would guess they send an email.
    (Although I think those getting the prize for top marks in the world are told by letter.)
