Hello Sir,
Can we be required to prepare Appropriation account for Private limited Companies? If yes, what ll b the treatment for proposed dividends?

No you can’t be asked to prepare an account.

Proposed dividends are not recorded anywhere anyway! Dividends are only accounted for when they are actually paid.
