Dear Mike
Could you please give an example that can help me to better understand below definition:
Private international Law regulates cases which involve the national laws of two or more states where a different result will ensue depending which state’s law is applied.
Thanks a lot
Gabbi
As an English man wishing to buy a property in Scotland, I would hope to be bound by English law with reference to my rights and obligations
Unfortunately, Scottish law with reference to property transactions is different to English law.
Private international Law regulates cases which involve the national laws of two or more states where a different result will ensue depending which state’s law is applied.
OK?
Dear sir,
it is clear now.
thanks
Gabbi
