sir i have a major doubt. in case of private fuel, if the fuel was not provided for middle 2months(neither first 2 months nor last 2 months of a tax year) out of a total of 1 year, then no proportionate reduction is made. (private fuel would be considered to be provided for entire duration unless a permanent cessation occurs).
but if a car is not provided for middle2 months then car benefit would be reduced proportionately.
am i right sir in both scenarios?
Yes
