what type of resolution is required to remove an auditor from office between two annual general meeting of a private company ?
but as far as my knowledge private company do not hold AGM
They can have AGMs if they want
They can have auditors if they want
And if they do have auditors, and they want to remove them, that must be done by ordinary resolution with special notice
The chat room went a long time ago.
It was re-opened recently but only for a short time – probably not enough traffic!
