hello.
In June 2014, Q4 (b) answers the examiner says that answer based on PRIME acronym would also be acceptable. I can’t find anything about PRIME.
What does prime stand for?Thanks.

Coordination
Authorisation
Motivation
EvaluationI remember it by “Few People Can Comfortable Carry A Male Elephant”. (This probably give more information about my weird mind than about budgets.)
