    hello.

    In June 2014, Q4 (b) answers the examiner says that answer based on PRIME acronym would also be acceptable. I can’t find anything about PRIME.
    What does prime stand for?

    Sorry, I don’t know. People tend to have their own pet acronyms. I list the purposes of a budget as:

    Forecasting
    Planning
    Control
    Communication
    Coordination
    Authorisation
    Motivation
    Evaluation

    I remember it by “Few People Can Comfortable Carry A Male Elephant”. (This probably give more information about my weird mind than about budgets.)
