Question 1
Information obtained through ratio analysis of competitor financial statements is primary or secondary information. We are obtaining info first hand but there are chances of it being biased and veracity of it can be questioned .
2 Also will it be internal or external information? I supppose it’s external as fs are provided by competitor but ratio analysis is done by the company then is it safe to say its from internal sources. Confused screaming.
3Also can we say ratio analysis is measurement research.
