Dear Sir,
Could you please explain what to do with Labour Cost and also i am totally confused what to do with 95% learning curve.
I don’t have any clue how to deal with this. How to start ? Kindly explain.

You need to calculate how long the 100th unit takes to make buy calculating the total time to make 100 units and subtracting the total time to make 99 units.
I work through very similar examples in our free lectures on learning curves, and so I do suggest that you watch it.
