Please provide me some solution of consolidated financial statement/group account related question & the question year is (dec 2006, dec 2007, dec 2008, june 2009, june 2010) according to opentuition rules. because the answer which has been given in ACCA web site past question paper it doesn’t match with the rules of opentuition. so i find it very difficult to solve those question & that’s why i need those solution according to opentuition formulas….

Just answered this post elsewhere. Please identify where the ACCA website answer is different. If it’s in the treatment of the unrealised profits between group companies, then I’m not concerned. If it’s simply in the way that nci goodwill is calculated, then I’m not concerned.

But if the final answer figures are different than mine ( other than for the pup treatment ) then maybe I should be concerned

The way opentuition did workings e.g. w2(goodwill), w3(retained earning), w4a(NCI) in video lectures it’s completely difference with ACCA past question papers answer(ACCA website) workings. I think opentuition rules are the easiest way to solve those question but when i try to apply the rules of opentuition i fail miserably. I can’t do that on my own. please help me on that & basically i do self study so it’s little bit tough for me….
    thank you
