what are the preconditions of an audit? how does it help? and how do I answer when asked about it?
plus is there any lectures which contains details about it?

1 Directors accept their responsibilities to prepare the FS and to provide answers to any queries auditors might havr.
2 The FS will be prepared using an acceptable reporting framework.
That’s really all there is to say on this.
