Dear sir, i know these are the last moments before exam but can you please help in some issue in the question 1:
1. Sir as you know tramont co. Dec 11 question the question was similar to this question base case npv part sir i just want to in tramont co. We did not inflate the 1 years costs but in this question we did? While the statements in both question relating to inflation is similar? When we need to inflate and we don’t if the question is silent?
2. Further my second concern is that cygnus co. Send special packaging material to azgard so why no information is available for its contribution and why not included in the included the analysis?1. The question Cygnus is not silent about the inflation. It refers to them as the current costs and therefore they need inflating for the first year. If they had referred to the costs as being the costs in the first year then they would not need inflating in the first year.
2. The packaging material is being sent to Asgard but there is no mention of charging them a higher price for it, and so there is no contribution applicable.
