Hi,
The question is about the Balanced scorecard,
Will it be a problem if my answer is different from the model .Because it depends on what I choose
for example for INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESS I said KPI: no of graduates who got employed within 6 month after graduation which was 18%,20% ,and 20% for the years 20×2,20×3,20×4 respectively.
but the model answer is Student to trainer ratio
Justification:Such KPI reflect the efficiency of the human resource utilisation. The internal business process is considered to be efficient should the ratio is high
will it a problem with my answer If choose a different thing and trying to matching with requirement,

It’s a subjective question
So it’s difficult to say your answer is wrong unless you have picked something non financial and classified it as financial.
Or you classify something that’s related to a business growth as customer.
If it makes sense, you have justified your answer then you will definitely get the marks.
