I am a student of this site when there were no practice questions and now it has!!! So do I need to buy the exam kit or just practising from this site is enough???

You cannot practice enough and you really should buy a Revision Kit from one of the approved publishers.

(There were always practice questions, but before they were printed in the free lecture notes 🙂 )
