    Hi Colin,

    It’s me again. 🙂 I have a question about the assessment. For tax year 2011/2012, the basis period is 1/2/2012 – 5/4/2012, but why is the working only 1/18 x 54000? I would think it was 2/28? Or did I miss something?…..wouldnt be the first time that I missed something……

    HI Leila
    Thanks for your note and if you look back on the forum questions asked you will see that this point has indeed rightly been picked up by one of your fellow student colleagues. It should be 2/18 rather than 1/18 as shown in answer (though not 2/28). I hoped that the notes had been updated for this error by now so my apologies for this error!
