Hello,
Regarding PPR relief, one rule says that periods of deemed occupation is up to 3 years of absence for any reason.
-Let’s say after an actual occupation, an individual was absent for more than 3 years(let’s say 5 years) and the absence is followed by actual occupation.
1. Is there any relief available for the 3 years and the remaining 2 years is not exempt?
Thanks
Yes 3 of those 5 years would be treated as deemed occupation
