According to the study text example, the priority of projects to undertake whether they can be postponed or not are the same.
Does the Profitability Index and Postponability Index always give the same answer? If not, under what circumstances would they give a different answer as to the priority of projects to undertake?

Yes they will give the same – they are effectively the same thing (and it will never be referred to as the postponability index in the exam).
