Sir I wanted to understand what’s the difference between the two PIR and BRR? Can we say that PIR is from a client/user perspective, as in did the get what they desired, were all objectives set by the client achieved?
whereas BRR is about the company, did their finical benefits out of the project exceed their costs?
I would suggest that the BRR is a large part of the PIR……..the whole point of a project should be to create some benefits,
