What do positive cashflow and negative cashflow mean?
A positive cashflow is when we have received cash. A negative cash flow is when we have paid out cash.
(If you are asking this with reference to Statements of Cash Flows, then do watch my free lectures on this. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper FA and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well :-))
Thanks!
You mean when cash receipt is more than cash payment. Then It is called positive cashflow.
If cash payment is more than cash receipt. Then it is called negative cashflow.
