Hi, I have a question regarding a revision question from the Kaplan Kit Q33.
When a co is deciding to start selling abroad should it uses the Diamonds model of the 5 forces (because in the book he enphasised the 5 forces). . .
In this case should the diamond model be used when a co is thinking to start manufacturing abroad?
