Sir, should the elements of POPIT be considered before or after the change?
Secondly, is the benefit owner the project sponsor also?POPIT should be considered before the change. These are the elements that have to be considered.
Benefit owner is the person responsible for delivering the benefits eg getting maximum efficiency from a new system.
Project sponsor is tne person or department behind the project, pushing for it and usually paying for it.
