To all the 48/49 %’s out there…do you think it’s advisable to get the papers remarked?

I just spoke to ACCA who advised that they only remark the failed sections of the paper, so not the whole paper…but also you get to know which sections of the paper you passed and failed.

I once asked for a remark of a paper and got nothing substantial really only a reply that was general to all students of the exam and that you failed …very draconian indeed. spent money for a query for nothing …did not help me one bit – they could have at the least given a copy of the script for you to see where you went wrong or to argue your point but they don’t. where’s the transparency?? i studied for this paper using BPP text, lectures, questions & OT lectures, also past paper questions yet i got 46% !!!!- i am shocked !!!!at this result as i completed all questions and was very thorough in my answers. something is very wrong w/ACCA markers/marking system.

I got 32 but I did expected to fail cause I didn’t put in enough work and the two main areas that came I didn’t revised…Partnerships & Losses. Hoping for the best next sitting.

i say congratulations to all pass candidates. but for those who failed like me , please don’t give up, maybe we are trying too hard to pass. just take it as it comes and see if a change should occur in december.
