May I know that when I allocate the points, can I always assume 2 marks for each points? Let say if (14 marks) for Q1, so in total I only need to provide 7 points with explanation although there still have many other points I can identify.
That’s as good a ‘budget’ as any. Just identifying an issue is worth about 0.5 marks; explaining its implications worth about 1.5 marks.
Sometimes an issue can be so important it will take some time to deal with. If so, it will perhaps be worth more, so don’t cut corners on dealing with it even if you don’t then have time to deal with as many points as the ‘budget’ would imply.
