In Note 3 – it is mentioned “Increase in allowance against specific debtors” – 1750/-
Is this amount an allowable deduction in P/L statement..? in the answer it is put as ‘0’ for this, i.e., considered as an allowable deduction when actually it should be disallowed(?)
Usually, allowance are adjusted from accounts receivable in the B/S…right?
I do not know which practice questions you are referring to.
