Hi Sir! According to the standard answer of this question, the current estimated cost will increase when the learning rate are adjusted to 95% from 90%. I am sorry I don’t quite undersatnd why this is? I think the learning rate increased, then the working efficiency will increase as well then resulted in the decrease of the estimated cost?
I do not think that you can have watched my lectures on learning curves, because I do explain that the higher the learning rate then the less the learning. (If the learning rate was 100% then they would never be getting any faster.)
