Please suggest Mentor and help needed for resubmission

I have unsuccessfully subbmitted my first RAP.
It was Topic 5, and I felt quite confident with my work, and had real-world mentor look at it and we both felt it is good, but the comments from OBU are very concise and negative, so I have no idea myself on how to improve the essay.
Please, wise people of Opentuition, suggest me where to get an expert who could look at my work before resubmission and really identify what and how should I rewrite.
I tried to e-mail and apply for mentoring with Absolute Mentoring and The Learning Luminarium, but reveived absolutely no response 🙁

Looking for experienced mentor, who understands what OBU is requiring for in the paper.
