Planning time

I know having the right time constraints is important for this exam so I wanted your input. There are 195 minutes for 100 marks which are 1.95 mins per mark, but I wanted to know how long you would recommend planning for a long question. E.g; A 25 mark question would be 48.75 minutes allocated for this questions, but how much of that would be spent on planning? Thank you.
