SIr can you please tell me some budgeting plans made by middle management and operational level or junior managers
This is really revision from Paper F2, so look at Chapter 1 Page 8 f the free Paper F2 notes.
Strategic planning will normally be carried out by top management, tactical planning (short-term budgeting) will normally be carried out by middle-management, and operational planning will normally be carried out by junior management.
