Are the rest(photos of desk,4 different angles I’D card )
to be done on exam day?

You can download invigilation software before the day but the check-in process is an on-the-day process.
I don’t know how you would create a pdf to show your set up without first taking photos – so I think you follow the instructions and take photo images which I would expect to be in JPEG format or similar.
