Petty Cash Top entries

Question about topping up the PCB and its corresponding enties:

when the pcb is topped up 3 things happen

a. cash is withdrawn from the bank
b. this is shown as a receipt in the pcb
c. the analysed totals are posted to GL.

Are the following entries correct:

1. PCB Dr / Cashbook Cr ….(a and b)

2. Expenses Dr / PCB Cr

is this correct??
