As most students have been bothered by this, i want to sign a petition and bring it to acca’s notice that having consecutive papers (e.g f6,f7,f7,f9), and for them to be scheduled one after the other (12th,13th,14th,15th) is not at all healthy or productive.
We need at least a day to catch up, no matter how good the preparation. Its ridiculous how students had to give 4 papers back to back and by the time they got to f9, they were all mixed up with concepts.
I’m posting this in more than one forums of opentuition so that i can get this word out to most of you, please sign this petition and share with your friends, i’d need at least a 100 signatures to get acca’s attention.

p.s. would make a bigger impact if you left your registration number (if that’s safe to do so!!) in the comments when signing so that acca knows its all genuine.June 16, 2012 at 9:55 am #101037I dont think its a problem, its not very often that people will sit F4-F9 in one sitting. If you do sit 5 papers, surely this is expected.
We’re all given months notice of exam dates, its upto us to plan the revision surely?

I have to agree with sukhic, it’s not really a problem. And one thing to note, you can only do 4 papers in one exam cycle, not 5.

I actually prefer it this way.
I live a very long way from the exam centre and so have to stay overnight in a hotel/B&B becuase it is cheaper than traveling back home and then back to the exam centre
If the exams are not on consecutive days then I either have to take extra time off work and pay more for accommodation, or come all the way home and then go all the way back and pay extra in travel.
