May be your team forgot to upload the lecture on Perpetuities that should have been the fourth lecture on Chapter 20. Please have a look at it, thank you.

I am afraid that there is no lecture on example 7 – I will record one when I have the time.
However what is written in the notes and the printed answer to example 7 should make it clear enough.
