In a scenario -based question (usually under Q1), the examinor requests students to evaluate the existing system and recommend suitable performance measurement system. But if there is no clear hint in the scenario, how do we determine which model/system is suitable under which circumstance?
For instance how do we determine whether BSC or Performance Prism is to be recommended as suitable method?
Thanks
i wouldn’t rush to use a model unless you are asked to. However, something like the BSC can help you to generate ideas – especially for non-financial performance measures which are often what has been left out of original schemes being used by the company.
