Good day
Each organization seeking success need to have some critical areas which it should seek to excel at and that’s what we referred to as critical success factors.
Am i right if i view as critical success factors as goals for the organization?
They are very similar, but not quite the same.
The CSF’s are the main factors that they decide are needed for the business to be successful.
For MacDonalds they might decide that one CSF is fast production of burgers. Having decide that is a critical factor they can then start thinking about targets for the speed of delivery and what they might do to achieve them.
Thank you so much
You are welcome 🙂
