Sir
The mission is set out in the mission statement and states the overall purpose of the business.
Mission is not an objective, but it leads to goals and objectives.
So how does it lead to goals and objectives
The mission states the overall purpose of the organisation.
For example part of McDonalds mission statement is to provide outstanding cleanliness.
Having decided that, they can then set more specific goals as to the level of cleanliness the intend to achieve.
