Hi, I just want to ask a small question. Suppose, the question has told us to write our figures near 2 decimal places. Then for Receivables Collection Period and Payable Payment Period, should we write our answer in whole number or in 2 decimal places.
While practicing the kit in some of the questions the answer was in whole number while in other it was written near two decimal places. So, I am very confused.
I hope you can help me with my query.
Thank youAugust 8, 2021 at 10:16 am #630748If the question specifically asks for answer to be given to two decimal places then you should give the answer to two decimal places – not as a whole number.
This should not prove a problem in the exam. In multiple choice questions it will be obvious from the choices what is wanted. For questions where you have to type in the answer the question will make it clear whether it is to two decimal places or whether it wants it to the nearest day.
