Dear Sir,
With Performance measurement (financial) and in relation to Anne Iron’s article; she prefers combining all the points relating to lets say Sales growth to include points for net profit, sales prices, etc. With this scenario can i be able to collect enough marks for the few points if combined?
The point she was trying to make is that it is not good enough to say that sales have grown, but there should be also suggestions as to why it has grown and discussion of what is good and what is bad.
There were 3 marks given for discussion of sales, but it required a full discussion.
Her article does not intend to give a complete answer for the whole of part (a). There were also 3 marks for discussion maintenance, 2 marks for directors pay, 2 marks for wages, 2 marks for net profit and 2 marks for return on assets.
