In the following question, all four options seem to be dimensions for performance measurement in service organisations? So is the following wrong?
Question: Which of the following is not a dimension which is used to measure performance in service organisations?
1) Resource utilization
2)Innovation
3)Financial performance
4)Quality inspection in advance
No – it is not wrong.
The question is referring to the dimensions stated by Fitzgerald and Moon which are explained in my free lectures. ‘Quality inspection in advance’ is not one of them.
