Hi sir,
Hope you’re doing well.I just completed my Management accounting exam i have booked for my performance management paper f5..this December session its my first skill paper..The format also changes compared on demand exam applied knowledge.
There is litle time left for the exam Any suggestions on how to tackle this paper.
Your advice would be really valuable.
Kindly, reply.November 20, 2021 at 7:18 am #641108What is the pass mark for PM paper?
November 20, 2021 at 7:52 am #641119The pass marks for Paper PM is the same as for all the ACCA exams, which is 50%.
To be confident of passing the exam (the pass rate is low) you need to do two things.
First watch all of my free lectures. They are a complete free course for Paper PM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
Secondly, when you have completed your studies you need to buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers and attempt every question. The Revision Kit is full of past exam and other exam-standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
November 21, 2021 at 10:22 am #641237Thankyou sir.
One more question sir,
Topics like forecasting (correlation, regression, time series )these topic have been repeated in the PM paper also,so I ended up watching your free lectures of the MA paper.
As no videos were there regarding this
Topic in PM lecture videos.
Is that along with revision kit questions enough?
And since MA and Pm have some topics in common what topics do you suggest that i look up once again from MA paper ?
Kindly, replyNovember 21, 2021 at 3:23 pm #641257You should not need to look up any other topics from Paper MA as anything relevant is revised in my Paper PM lectures.
Watching the lectures, attempting all of the questions in your Revision Kit, and reading the technical articles on the ACCA website (although everything in them is covered in my lectures) is enough to be able to pass the exam well.
If you have any problems working through all of this then ask in this forum and I will help you.
