For revision and practice kit Q355, why the additional training cost and room hire cost was extra 10 days and 12 days for Q3 and Q4 respectively. The extra software training was 20% of normal sales for Q3 and Q4 respectively.
It is very difficult in commenting the performance regarding the comparison of the different time periods, the achievement of targets, and the additional information for improving the performance. And also need to comment on correspondence managers’ performance on controllable and non-controllable factors. Any specific hints for tackling this type of question? 🙂
By the way, do you have any exam statistics for the distribution on different topics?

The problem is that every question is different and so all you can do is practice as many questions as possible and get more used to the wording.
