I wanted to know when the ask about the non financial performance but they have not specified which one to write about building blocks model or balanced scorecard method??
So how to we know which one to writeIn that case you do not need to refer to either of the models specifically (they are both saying the same sort of thing but just presenting it differently). If the question wishes you to explain either Fitzgerald and Moon, or Kaplan and Norton specifically then it will say so.
You need to discuss suitable non-financial measures from the information provided in the question.
