Hi,
I keep getting confused between questions that require to give performance measure and performance indicators. What’s the difference between the Two? If there is any.
Would be grateful if someone could clarify.

There is not a lot of difference.
Performance indicators are usually less specific. Customer satisfaction is a performance indicator, but that has to be measured by, for example, customer satisfaction ratings, returning customer rates etc.
