COULD I GET MY MANEGER TO REVIEW MY PER IF I WORK AT INSURANCE COMPANY.
IS INSURANCE INDUSTRY IS CLASSIFIED IN FINANCIAL OR ACCOUNTING LEVEL?

It all depends on your role. You could be working in a factory and still be doing relevant work, so don’t sweat it, just look at what your role entails, rather than where you work.
