Can supervisor just upload local certificate that is in approved list in IFAC ? or only membership number is enough ?
or is it must to register IFAC and get a membership number ?

General ACCAPER supervisor has to submit his certificate of qualification
When my supervisor signed up, he only had to put his licence number. There was an option to add the certificate but, it was only optional. I'm not sure if ACCA requests this in the future though.
