I work for a relatively small accounts firm, no one there is ACCA qualified. 2 of the senior members are with the Association of Certified Public Accountants. Will they be able to sign off my PER questions?
Yes they will.
They first have to register as your mentor. When you submit your first PER you set up/nominate the person you want to be your mentor, and they have to then fill in a registration online (which I believe is free of charge) to allow them to log onto ACCA’s website and sign off (or indeed reject!!) your PER submissions.
It may be an idea to discuss it with your chosen mentor first to explain what will happen – otherwise they may unintentionally delete the email thinking it is spam or something!!
Also, you can have more than one mentor, it does’nt have to be the same person each time.
Hope this helps!
how can the mentor to submit the PER? in paper? online? thanks.
