- You can split the objectives between the companies however you like. As long as you and your manager are happy you achieved the objective in that role it doesn't matter if you do 9 in one and 0 in the other, 5 in one 4 in the other etc. - If it's the same company and the managers are both aware of your work it doesn't matter which one signs off your objectives. I recently did a secondment to another team in my company where my line manager changed, but I still got my first line manager to sign off objectives I completed in the secondment because my new line manager stopped paying their ACCA fees a long time ago and therefore couldn't sign them off! Really the solution to these questions is to speak to your current and former managers, tell them what you are hoping them to sign off and see if they are happy with it.
