    Hello
I have two questions related to PER:

    – I changed roles (and companies, so not an internal job rotation) during my 36 months of relevant work experience (30 months in first role and remaining 6 months in next role). How exactly shall I split the 9 objectives? For instance claiming 8 objectives in my first role and 1 in my second role would be ok?

    – My line managers in my first role (30 months) have changed, I had 2 managers and the time was equally split (first manager 15 months, second manager 15 months as well). Can I register for instance only one manager for the whole period to submit the objectives, or again how to split the objectives between managers if my tasks remained unchanged in my role and an objective statement covers what I have done overall in those 30 months?

    Thanks, hope it makes sense!

    – You can split the objectives between the companies however you like. As long as you and your manager are happy you achieved the objective in that role it doesn’t matter if you do 9 in one and 0 in the other, 5 in one 4 in the other etc.

    – If it’s the same company and the managers are both aware of your work it doesn’t matter which one signs off your objectives. I recently did a secondment to another team in my company where my line manager changed, but I still got my first line manager to sign off objectives I completed in the secondment because my new line manager stopped paying their ACCA fees a long time ago and therefore couldn’t sign them off!

Really the solution to these questions is to speak to your current and former managers, tell them what you are hoping them to sign off and see if they are happy with it.
