Since ACCA did its recent dashboard revision, I just noted that the approval for the time claim that I submitted for the few years I was with one of the Bod 4’s has disappeared. The performance objectives that the ex-supervisor signed off is still there, but the approval for the time claim has completely disappeared. I cannot get her to repeat it again as this was many years ago and that person has moved on with their life and would not entertain such an inconvenient request. Right now, ACCA is asking me to play around with logging in and out to see if it will reappear. But I think their IT should be careful about migrating data. So, my three years recorded experience is just worthless? It’s causing extreme stress and anxiety.
I want to advise students to start saving records of whatever has been approved because you don’t want years of undue sacrifice to be for nothing.
June 16, 2026 at 7:53 am #731741As ACCA has recently completed this https://studentaccountant.accaglobal.com/2026/03/09/acca-dt-apr26/content.html, I think you could go back with a “please be so kind as to ….” check your record pre-migration – they must have backed it up!
June 30, 2026 at 10:18 pm #731913Thank you Kim. ACCA have “checked their records” and at first they claim my time was imported from an old approval dating from before the tool was set up in 2016 and now had to be reapproved via the tool. When I submitted evidence that it was approved inside the tool in 2017, they changed the reason and now claim that I just submitted it this month and it is still pending approval. ACCA does not want to admit their mistake and I am still trying to resolve this. I need to make an appeal to any ACCA member or student out there, please, if anyone ever saved a screenshot of the MyAcca dashboard before this year when they changed the design, please share it with me so that I can illustrate to ACCA that their claim is false. In the new dashboard design, they separate the dial for work experience and performance objectives. Before 2026, both work experience and performance objectives were approved concurrently, meaning one submitted a time claimed and listed the relevant performance objectives in the same submission.
When I realised I still had the performance objectives approval, I quickly saved the records before ACCA lost them and claimed I never had them approved. Those show the date of submission and approval 2016-2017. It is only from this year, ACCA split the time claim and objective performance to two.
I hope someone here can help me with a screenshot of the old dashboard. Thanks.
July 4, 2026 at 8:33 am #731927As you haven’t had a response from a student I suggest you browse something like “myacca per dashboard” in images, where you might find something suitable.
