Hi, Can anyone please advise me with regards to the completion of the PER Objectives.
I would like to know whether the objectives need to be a part of my daily work or can it be a one time thing in order to complete the objectives.

If you look at this page of ACCA’s www: https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/practical-experience/performance-objectives.html – you will find on the right the Performance objectives booklet to download, and, on the left a link to FAQs. As PER goes hand in hand with “completing 36 months’ employment in an accounting or finance-related role or roles”, you would generally be expected to meeting these objectives in your daily work. If you look at the objectives in the booklet, you will see that they are linked to exams – so just as you progress through exams, you should also progress through relevant objectives.

You have to meet the objectives during your work, but it doesn’t have to be a task repeated multiple times. If you’ve done something just once, it still might be enough to cover an objective.

Really it comes down to whether you and your supervisor are comfortable that you’ve met the objective and your statement shows clearly that you have.
