PER Guide

I have a question regarding work experience of 36 months and performance objectives.
If im applying for a job in a non-affliated (Non Approved) firm will that work be counted in 36 months?

and i read somewhere that the job you are doing should just be related to accounting or finance or audit, if not totally, some aspect of it should be related to accounting, so i want to ask Is Operations Department related to Payables and Receivables counted in Accounting work? or Just Finance and Accounting department will be counted?

Edit: and another question is, Since it will be a non-approved acca employer, how can i complete performance objectives? can someone explain work mentor thing a bit
